Yuyao Textile Equipment Factory is a member unit to China Textile Machinery & Equipment Industrial Association and one of units drafting the industrial standards for the products relating to China textile machinery, for example, the standard for the SL serial upper roller bearings, that for the LZ serial lower roller bearings, that for the DZP-70tension disc, that for DD serial roving overhead spindles,etc. The factory was established in 1993 with a registered capital of rmb3.18 million yuan, as a new-type modernized non-governmental run enterprise, lacated in Zhejiang Yuyao Industrial Park. Presently the Factory covers an about 25000-sqm floor space, including a more than 1600-sqm construction area along with over 400 employees and rmb50 million-up yuan-worthy self-owned assets, being a manufacture-scientific research-trading integral whole. Today, we make fifferent SL upper roller bearings, LZ erial upper roller bearing, DZP-70 serial tension discs DD serial roving overhead spindles, NF serial carbon fibre upper pin, NF serial nylon carbon fibre yarn guide plate, Model SN-0200100 and Model SN-0200100A spinnerets, the rotary cup-bearing coupling, the component carding-bearing coupling in a total of more than 20 series and 3000-up varieties of the textile machinery accessories, all of which are widely used in supporting the spinning frame, the roving frame, the drawing frame, the twisting machine, the open end spinning frame to spin cotton,wool, jute, silk, linen, polyester fibre yams, for either mono-fibre yarns spinning or blend-spinning. Based on the said performance the factory is listed among the textile equipment enterprises with top-extensive varieties. Since its founding a decade ago. the factory has been engaed in the innovative products R & D. Its products sell throughout the nation with great success ann also wupply to more than 20 Asian, African and Eupopen countries and regions. Furthemore the SL-6819A upper roller bearing and the LZ-2822 lower roller bearing were awarded as innovative products at Ningbo municipal level for 2006. The factory is always in lead among the domestic manufacturers of this king in the processing precision and performace of its products and has had evident achievements in the textile industry and other relevant sectors. |
